Our Service Charge and Basic Administration include:

  • Collect interim service charges and/or ground rents on the normal dates specified in the Lease.
  • Operate basic credit control procedures, including the issuing of reminders and final reminders/notices of proceedings to late payers.
  • Operate a designated Client’s Current Account through which all financial transactions relating to the property will be conducted and a designated Client’s Instant Access Deposit account for surplus funds – or operate accounts opened in the name of the Client unless the Client requires other arrangements..
  • Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain a Ledger in which all transactions relating to the property will be recorded.
  • Store supporting invoices, receipts, vouchers, etc. in line with current regulation.
  • Collate and despatch such relevant information and paperwork as might be required to an external accountant for preparation of annual service charge statements.
  • Distribute Annual Service Charge statements.
  • Client, leaseholder and contractor liaison.
  • Process items relating to reactive maintenance issues
